Digital Asset License & Fair Use

1.Introduction

This Digital Asset License & Fair Use Policy governs the use of all digital products and educational materials sold or distributed by Santiago Montenegro Perini, operating under santiagomonteper.com.

By purchasing or accessing any digital product, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2.License Grant

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased digital product.
This license is granted to one individual only.
Ownership of the product is not transferred. All intellectual property rights remain with Santiago Montenegro Perini.

3.Permitted Uses

You may:

• Use LUTs and PowerGrades in unlimited personal projects
• Use LUTs and PowerGrades in unlimited commercial client projects
• Use the tools in feature films, documentaries, branded content, social media, broadcast, or streaming productions
• Install the digital assets on multiple computers, provided they are used exclusively by you

Your clients are not required to purchase a separate license as long as you are the operator of the tools.

4.Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original files
• Upload the files to cloud-sharing platforms for public or shared access
• Include the files in other LUT packs, preset collections, plugins, or software bundles
• Make the files available in educational institutions for multi-user access
• Share login credentials for online courses
• Reverse engineer, deconstruct, or replicate the products for redistribution
• Claim authorship or rebrand the digital assets as your own

Any unauthorized distribution constitutes copyright infringement.

5.Studio and Multi-User Use

Each purchase covers a single individual.
If multiple editors or colorists within a company wish to use the digital assets independently, each user must purchase their own license unless a written enterprise license agreement has been established.

6.Educational Use

Online courses, recorded training materials, and consulting resources are licensed for individual access only.

They may not be:

• Screen recorded
• Re-uploaded
• Distributed internally within organizations
• Used as part of another paid training program

7.Consulting Sessions

Materials shared during personalized consulting sessions remain intellectual property of Santiago Montenegro Perini unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Session recordings, if provided, are for personal reference only and may not be redistributed.

8.Enforcement

We actively monitor unauthorized redistribution of our digital assets.

If a violation is detected, we reserve the right to:

• Revoke license access
• Pursue legal remedies
• Seek financial damages
• Report infringement to relevant platforms

9.Termination of License

Violation of this policy results in immediate termination of the license without refund.
